Some evenings are about dinner. Some are about discovering somewhere you didn’t know you wanted to go.
This one is a little bit of both.
We’re delighted to be joined at Agent Nouveau by Stew Plumridge of Domes Resorts and Kim Sellman of Specialist Holidays Group, representing Sovereign, for an evening celebrating two names we love in luxury travel.
Stew brings years of experience in travel and cruise, and today looks after trade partnerships for Domes across the South UK & Ireland. He knows the Domes collection inside out …. from beautiful corners of Greece to Portugal …. and, more importantly, knows the little details that can make a stay feel completely different.
Alongside him will be Kim, whose career in travel began as an apprentice and has taken her through some of the best-known names in the industry, including Bath Travel, Hays Travel and Classic Collection. Today, as Trade Partnerships Manager at Specialist Holidays Group, she works closely with the trade and brings a wealth of knowledge to the world of Sovereign.
Together, they make a rather lovely pairing.
Domes and Sovereign …. two specialists, plenty of beautiful places and a whole evening to talk about them.
And because so many of those beautiful places happen to be in Greece, we thought the food should take us there too.
For the evening, we’re partnering with Romanzo’s Taverna to bring a little taste of Greece to No.82, with a Greek-inspired canapé menu created especially for the night.
Think mini chicken and lamb souvlaki, keftedes, halloumi with honey and sesame, saganaki, loukanika, spanakopita and pitta crostini with houmous, feta and olives. And for something sweet …. mini baklava and kataifi with honey, nuts and cinnamon.
All served alongside unlimited Prosecco, wine and beer throughout the evening. Expect stories, inspiration, a glass of something lovely and perhaps a few destinations to add to the list.
We’ll be keeping the evening relaxed and intimate, with plenty of time to ask questions, discover what’s new and hear from the people who know these places best.
Come hungry. Leave with somewhere new on your mind.
