Agent Nouveau was created as the luxury travel and lifestyle brand of the JLT Group, bringing together a wealth of travel expertise with a fresh, boutique approach to personalised service. JANINE MARSHALL

Founder & Director

Janine is a travel entrepreneur and Founder of The JLT Group and Agent Nouveau. With a background spanning luxury travel, food, and drinks brands, she has built a reputation for creating premium businesses rooted in creativity, authenticity, and exceptional experiences. Her passion lies in forming meaningful connections between people, places, and the stories that make destinations truly memorable.

Following a successful career building consumer brands, Janine entered the travel industry during the pandemic and founded The JLT Group, formerly Janine Loves Travel. Partnering with Protected Trust Services in 2023, she developed a fully bonded independent travel network that has grown to more than 400 advisors across the UK and Ireland.

With Agent Nouveau, Janine brings her refined eye for detail and love of slow, considered travel to a luxury audience seeking something beyond the ordinary. Her vision is to create beautifully curated journeys shaped by authenticity, discovery, and understated elegance—where exceptional destinations, personalised service, and incredible experiences come together seamlessly.

MARTA WASIK

Travel Curator

Marta is an integral part of the Agent Nouveau team, working closely alongside founder Janine Marshall as her trusted right hand in delivering exceptional client experiences. With a background in travel and hospitality, Marta brings a warm, considered approach to every interaction, supporting clients from their first enquiry through to the final details of their bespoke journey.

Combining strong organisational skills with a genuine passion for luxury travel, she ensures every touchpoint feels seamless, personal, and thoughtfully considered. Her natural ability to understand client needs, alongside her knowledge of the finer details of hospitality, makes her a valued part of the Agent Nouveau experience.

JAY RATCHETT

Hospitality Principal

Jay is our hospitality expert at Agent Nouveau, bringing over thirty years of experience in entertainment and events to the brand. A cornerstone of the South Coast music scene, Jay has spent more than 32 years shaping Dorset’s vibrant nightlife as a renowned DJ, event host, and broadcaster, with a deep expertise in R&B, hip-hop, and urban music.

Beyond the decks, Jay plays a key role in creating and hosting Agent Nouveau events, bringing his natural energy, creativity, and ability to connect with audiences to every occasion. From intimate gatherings to larger celebrations, his experience in live events and guest engagement ensures each experience feels memorable, authentic, and effortlessly enjoyable. As a respected voice on Hot Radio and a familiar presence across the region, Jay brings a unique blend of entertainment expertise and personality to the Agent Nouveau experience.

BILLY ALLINSON

Creative Director

Billy brings over two decades of creative expertise to Agent Nouveau, shaping the brand’s distinctive visual identity with a thoughtful and considered approach to design. An independent creative director, designer and illustrator, Billy's career spans branding, print, digital experiences, photography and illustration, underpinned by a passion for craftsmanship and timeless aesthetics.

Having previously worked as Senior Designer and Art Director for Formula 1, before continuing his career with leading creative agencies and independent ventures, Billy combines strategic thinking with exceptional creative vision. His work ensures every aspect of the Agent Nouveau brand reflects its values of understated luxury, authenticity, and meaningful experiences.
