There are certain holidays where you remember the room.
Others where you remember the view.
At Ikos, quite often, you remember what you ate.
So for our next Supper Club, we thought we’d start there.
On Thursday 22 October, we’re bringing a little taste of Ikos to No.82 for one of our more intimate Supper Clubs … just ten guests around the table, six courses inspired by some of Ikos Resorts’ most iconic restaurants, and a cocktail paired with every course.
Our resident private chef will be taking dishes and flavours from across the Ikos collection and recreating them here at Agent Nouveau for the evening.
Six courses.
Six glimpses into what dining at Ikos actually looks like.
And behind the bar, our resident barman Niall will be creating a cocktail to sit alongside each one.
Because when there are only ten of you around the table, you can do things a little differently.

And then there’s Ikos……
Ikos has built its reputation around making all-inclusive feel very different from what you might expect.
Today there are eight Ikos Resorts across Greece and Spain, from Halkidiki, Corfu and Kos to Mallorca and the Costa del Sol, with Ikos Kissamos in Crete joining the collection in 2026.
Beautiful beachfront locations are obviously part of it.
But it’s what happens once you arrive that has made Ikos such a favourite with our clients.
The idea is that much of what you would normally think about, add on or sign for in a luxury hotel is already taken care of.
À la carte restaurants. Premium drinks. Experiences beyond the resort. Days that can be as full or as slow as you want them to be.
It’s luxury without spending the holiday wondering what is and isn’t included.
And food sits right at the centre of it.
Across the collection, Ikos restaurants move between Mediterranean, Greek, Italian, French, Spanish and Asian influences, with menus created alongside internationally renowned and Michelin-starred chefs.
At Anaya, for example, you move through the flavours of Thailand, China and India. Elsewhere, chefs including Pascal Barbot, Andoni Luis Aduriz and Ettore Botrini have helped shape restaurant menus across the collection.
Ikos also takes dining beyond the resort through its Dine Out programme, allowing guests to experience selected local restaurants as part of their stay.
So rather than spend an evening simply telling you what eating at Ikos is like……
We thought we’d put some of it on the table.

Meet Francesca
Joining us for dinner will be Francesca Thompson, Sales Manager for the South UK for Sani & Ikos Resorts.
Francesca works closely with us here at Agent Nouveau and knows the Ikos collection inside out.
She’ll be sitting around the table with us throughout the evening, talking about the different resorts, what makes each one feel distinct and those little details that can make choosing between them surprisingly difficult.
Ikos Aria in Kos.
Ikos Dassia or Odisia in Corfu.
Porto Petro tucked into Mallorca.
Andalusia on Spain’s Costa del Sol.
Or the newest addition, Ikos Kissamos in Crete.
This isn’t a presentation followed by dinner.
It’s dinner with someone who knows the resorts sitting amongst us.
Ask Francesca which one she would choose.
Which rooms are worth looking at.
Where she’d send a couple versus a family.
Which restaurant needs to be booked first.
Or ask the question you’ve never quite been able to answer from looking at photographs online..
