We're hosting our next Breakfast Networking Event here in Westbourne on Tuesday 23rd June from 8am–10am for a relaxed and inspiring morning of connection, conversation and delicious food.
We’re delighted to welcome guest speaker Gayle Swaffield, Feng Shui consultant and founder of The Feng Shui Essence.
Passionate about the connection between our environment and wellbeing, Gayle helps people create homes and workspaces that feel more balanced, supportive and aligned with the life they want to live. Blending ancient Feng Shui wisdom with modern living, she creates spaces that nurture calm, confidence and abundance. Recently featured in Dorset Living Magazine, Gayle shares the transformative power of Feng Shui through talks, workshops and events designed to inspire positive change.
Gayle is going to share some wonderful insights into how our workspace affects our ability to focus. We’ll be looking at how clearing the clutter can lead to better mental clarity, helping us stay productive and aligned in our business.

BOMBS AWAY!
And I’ve decided to bring back a bit of a favourite this month. My homemade Breakfast Bombs are making a return…for those that don’t know them they they’re a healthy, nourishing smoothie base - pop them in a blender with a banana and some oat milk and voila a delicious, nutritious breakfast!
On the menu will be our Chocolate Orange Smoothie Bombs, made with nourishing ingredients including organic cacao, guarana, oats, pea protein, orange oil, nut butters and dates, alongside savoury mini breakfast pancakes topped with a creamy avocado and herb sauce and smoked salmon (optional). Pastries, coffee and fresh juices will also be served.
